Return, Exchange & Delivery Policy
- You may try on your order while the courier is present at the time of delivery.
- If an item does not fit or you decide not to keep it, you may return it immediately to the courier on the spot.
- In this case, you will only be responsible for paying the shipping/delivery fee.
- All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the courier has left your doorstep. Please inspect and try on your items before completing the delivery.
- To help you choose the correct size, detailed measurements and dimensions are provided with every product. We strongly recommend reviewing them carefully before placing your order.
- Delivery may be postponed for a maximum of 2 business days from the first delivery attempt or from the time the courier initially contacts you.
- If the order is not received within this 2-business-day grace period, it will be automatically canceled and returned to us.
- By accepting the order and allowing the courier to leave, you acknowledge that the items have been received in satisfactory condition and that the sale is considered final.
